چکیده
Abstract Background Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a kind of aggressive with high rate metastasis, poor overall survival time, and low response to targeted therapies. To improve the therapeutic efficacy overcome drug resistance TNBC treatments, here we developed cell membrane-coated oxygen delivery nanoprobe, CCm–HSA–ICG–PFTBA, which can hypoxia at tumor sites enhance photodynamic therapy (PDT), resulting in relieving growth xenografts. Results The size CCm–HSA–ICG–PFTBA was 131.3 ± 1.08 nm. vitro 1 O 2 ROS concentrations group were both significantly higher than those other groups ( P < 0.001). In vivo fluorescence imaging revealed that best time window 24 h post-injection CCm–HSA–ICG–PFTBA. Both 18 F-FMISO PET ex immunofluorescence staining results exhibited improved For PDT treatment, volume weight NIR smallest among all decreased compared untreated 0.01). No obvious biotoxicity observed by injection till 14 days. Conclusions By using solubility perfluorocarbon (PFC) homologous targeting ability membranes, target tissues, mitigate microenvironment, Furthermore, HSA, ICG, PFC are FDA-approved materials, render nanoparticles highly biocompatible potential for clinical translation treatment patients.

Association of HDAC8 Expression with Pathological Findings in Triple Negative and Non-Triple Negative Breast Cancer: Implications for Diagnosis
Background: Previous data have shown the tumorigenicity roles of HDAC8 in breast cancer. More recently, the oncogenic effects of this molecule have been revealed in TNBC. The present study aimed to determine the diagnostic value of HDAC8 for the differentiation of TNBC from nTNBC tumors. Methods: A total of 50 cancerous and normal adjacent tumor specimens were obtained, and the clinical and pat...
متن کاملBreast-conserving therapy for triple-negative breast cancer.
IMPORTANCE The aggressive triple-negative phenotype of breast cancer (negative for estrogen and progesterone receptors and v-erb-b2 avian erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 2 [ERBB2] [formerly human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)]) is considered by some investigators to be a relative contraindication to breast-conserving therapy. OBJECTIVES To compare outcomes of breast...
متن کاملCombinatorial therapy for triple negative breast cancer using hyperstar polymer-based nanoparticles.
We report the ability of a novel combinatorial therapy obtained from nanoparticles of hyperstar polymers encompassing drugs to selectively target triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell proliferation through STAT3 and topoisomerase-II pathways. This nano-cocktail was at least two to four fold better than the individual drugs and 6-20 times more selective than the parent drugs.
متن کاملClinicopathological Features of Non-metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Background: Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is reported to be associated with a high risk of recurrence, poor overall survival (OS), and disease-free survival (DFS) rates. This study evaluated the clincopathological features and survival of non-metastatic TNBC women in the capital of Iran compared with other areas of the world. Methods: In a retrospective study, 119 women with TNBC based ...
متن کاملFructose-coated nanoparticles: a promising drug nanocarrier for triple-negative breast cancer therapy.
Fructose transporter GLUT5 is overexpressed in breast cancer cell lines, but not in healthy tissue. Micelles based on fructose, which were found to be low fouling, showed a high uptake by breast cancer cells (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells), but only negligible uptake by macrophages.
